Marcus Lemonis is an American businessman, investor, television personality, and philanthropist. He is currently the chairman and CEO of Camping World, Good Sam Enterprises, Gander Outdoors and The House Boardshop, in addition to being the star of The Profit, a CNBC reality show about saving small businesses and sharing his business acumen and philosophy with the wider community.

Marcus was born in war-torn Beirut, Lebanon in 1973; and, at nine months old, was adopted by a Lebanese and Greek couple living in Miami, FL. He attended college at Marquette University to study Political Science, Criminology, and Economics, and served as the president of Marquette's Student Athletic Committee. There his philanthropy began by planning a citywide clothing drive to help the homeless of Milwaukee. Over the years, he has also contributed time and money to various organizations including: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Esperanza Community Services and the Lollipop Theater Network.



Juli Reed is a dynamic, creative, and purpose driven “Jackie of all trades." After graduating from Pepperdine University, Juli’s career led her down an unconventional path. She left her career in the fashion industry to pursue her sense of purpose, empowering women and girls, through her role as Director of Partnerships for the non-profit I AM THAT GIRL. From there, Juli left the non-profit world to submit herself as a candidate to partner with the entrepreneur and well known businessman on CNBC's The Profit, Marcus Lemonis, through a series called The Partner.

Juli won the title of The Partner and a three year contract to work with Marcus to help manage his ever-growing portfolio of small businesses. She uses her unique skills, knowledge of various industries, strong sense of people, abundant empathy and creative eye to manage numerous projects for the Marcus Lemonis organization and The No Bull Movement.

Juli wholeheartedly believes that one’s passion can become their career and she wakes up thankful every day. She also serves on the board of Speak Your Silence, a non-profit committed to inspiring people to prevent sexual abuse and assault by sharing their voice for those affected. As a domestic violence survivor, she is committed to using her platform to show others that they can overcome and thrive.



Chris Pegula is an actor-turned-father-turned-designer. Pegula created America’s most high-profile line of hip gear for dads, called Diaper Dude. For over a decade he has been designing diaper bags for today’s dad to make their life as a parent easier, less stressful, and more fashionable all at once. Since founding Diaper Dude, he has written 2 books on parenting: “Diaper Dude - The Ultimate Dad’s Guide to Surviving the First Two Years,” and “From Dude To Dad - The Diaper Dude Guide To Pregnancy.”

He is currently partnered with Marcus Lemonis on his latest venture The No Bull Movement – a non-profit organization focused on supporting victims of bullying. Pegula will bring his design background to align with product that will support the cause of the The No Bull Movement. He will also serve as the Chief Outreach Officer and Secretary of the Movement. He lives with his wife and three children in Santa Monica, Ca.
